The approach

Marketing that answers to the appointment book.

I started Citadel Media Group because I kept watching the same thing happen to good clinics: real money going out to agencies, and reports coming back that said everything except the one thing an owner actually needs to know — did any of this put a patient in a chair?

This page sets out how we work and why. If it reads more like a set of commitments than a brochure, that is deliberate. It is the standard I hold the work to, written down.

01 — Senior-led, always

The person you meet does the work.

There is no handoff. The person who sits with you on the discovery call is the person who builds the campaigns, writes the ads, watches the numbers, and answers your questions on a Tuesday afternoon.

Agencies scale by putting layers between you and the work — account managers, relay teams, ticket queues. Every layer is a place where understanding of your practice gets lost. I would rather take on fewer clinics and keep the understanding intact.

02 — Dental only

A specialism, not a vertical.

We work exclusively with private dental clinics. Not "healthcare". Not "local services". Dentistry — its treatments, its margins, its patients, and the particular way people search when a tooth hurts or a smile embarrasses them.

That focus changes the work. Campaigns are built around case acceptance, treatment value, and chair time — not impressions. When you talk about Invisalign uptake or implant consultations, you are not translating for a generalist.

03 — Your account, your data

You own everything.

The ad accounts are yours. The tracking is yours. The data is yours. You can see what is running, what it costs, and what it booked — any day, not just on reporting day.

If we ever part ways, everything stays with you. An agency that locks a clinic out of its own accounts is holding its client hostage, and it tells you everything about how that relationship will go.

04 — Measured to the chair

The metric is booked consultations.

Clicks, impressions, and cost-per-lead are inputs, not results. The number we manage to — and report on, in plain English, every week — is booked consultations and what they cost.

That is a harder number to own. It means tracking has to be built properly, enquiries have to be handled, and follow-up has to happen. We take responsibility for that whole path, because that is where marketing usually falls apart.

The process

How an engagement actually runs.

  1. 01

    Discovery call

Thirty minutes, free, no obligation. We talk about the practice, the treatments you want more of, what you have tried, and what it returned. If I do not think paid media will pay for itself in your situation, I will say so on the call.

  2. 02

    Strategy

A campaign plan built around your treatment mix, your margins, and your capacity. Which treatments to lead with, what a consultation is worth to you, what the tracking must capture, and what the first months should prove.

  3. 03

    Launch

Campaigns, conversion tracking, and treatment-matched landing pages go live together. Every enquiry is tracked to the booked consultation from the first day — the measurement is not bolted on afterwards.

  4. 04

    Grow

Weekly plain-English reporting, continuous optimisation, and honest counsel — including when to hold spend steady, and what to fix in the practice funnel before adding more budget.

If that sounds like your kind of arrangement, let's talk.

A free 30-minute conversation about the practice, the current marketing, and whether we are a fit.
